Utilizing the most technologically advanced fitness, sports and medical/rehabilitation equipment available.
This program utilizes
primarily slow motion training. The lifting of weights is executed in a specific
slow tempo. The deep intense stimulation to the muscles speeds the metabolism;
increases lean muscle mass and bone density. The slow motion method
takes advantage of one component of weight training, that is, the "time under
tension" for the muscle being worked. The longer time a particular muscle group
is under tension the more activity is happening within the muscle. A slow motion
set consists of continual repetitions to complete fatigue. The idea is to work
the muscle until it can no longer move the weight. We recommend as many as 3 to
7 days of rest to allow the muscles to recover and grow. You need only spend
30 minutesonce or twice a week to get the most
effective results.
