The 28 day program is a whole foods based education
class. We will teach you the science behind effective weight loss &
detoxification.
You will be eating lots of fresh whole (preferably
organic) fruits and vegetables. If you are a meat eater, then chicken, fish, and
eggs can be included. We suggest some meal replacement shakes for your
convenience and ease of transition. We also offer nutritional support for
those having a hard time giving up coffee, alcohol, dairy, gluten & soy
etc.
There is a
medical grade Detox supplement that is used in days 8 - 28 of the program.
It's a vegan protein powder that will thoroughly cleanse your liver,
gallbladder & kidneys. This is NOT a fast. We offer detox
support supplements for easier, faster weight loss or for those with negative
symptoms that sometimes come with cleansing.
We will address the importance of balancing the body's PH,
and how to get Candida overgrowth under control.
Our average
weight loss for women is between 8 - 18 lbs & for men: 12 - 22 lbs.
(depending on how much is needed to lose, & how closely one adheres to the
program). Please realize that everyone is different and results will vary.
It's
a very "livable" program, one that most people continue to
incorporate into their daily lives for months & even years after the
program. This class teaches everyone to NEVER diet again, but to learn
the how & why behind weight loss & illness.
During the classes, you’ll receive the guidelines, menus, shopping
lists, and incentives to make the program work for you. Our positive
energy approach and community building become the basis for your
success. At the end of the 28 days, you will be in community, practicing
with new tools to construct a healthier lifestyle, eating nutritionally
balanced meals, and feeling satisfied physically, mentally, and
emotionally. The changes will transform your life.
We
also discuss the importance of exercise and how to maximize time spent working
out with burst training.
You will be
instructed on what to do AFTER the 28 days are up as well.
